Unknown British / New Zealand Target Rifle Sling?

The unidentified Brit/NZ target sling is just that, a target sling made by Parker Hale or so I am told. One came attached to my No 5, and I checked around to find out what it was with a few other collectors. It is civvy issue as far as I know.
