Sling Length - 39 inches

Sling Width - 1-3/16 inch

Sling measures approx.1-3/16" wide x 39"(to fold where it secures to hook). The brass "H-buckle" is 1-1/2" wide. Leather still retains traces of original black finish where it was protected by folds, etc. Stitching is tight, and protective flap behind grommet is still there. The original brass grommet still retains some of its original jappaned black finish too. The leather is still very supple, with only some minor crazing. Of the approximately 14,000 rifles produced, only (some) were fitted for slings.
